Distinguished gynaecologist and obstetrician Dr Ivan Golubka, MD, PhD, was honoured yesterday with the prestigious “Civis Mundi Sum” medal and official certificate, awarded by the International Human Rights Commission (IHRC).
The ceremony was personally conducted by Prof. h.c. Rafa? Marcin Wasik, IHRC Secretary – General, Peacemaker, together with M.Sc. Ewelina Barbara Paw?owska, Ambassador at Large, Vice Secretary – General, and Head of the Department of Internal Affairs Administration IHRC.
